  1. , This file contains ten logging off 'actions' which are sent 
  2. , automatically when you log off a channel.
  3. , Any entries after the first ten will be ignored. 
  4. , ALL comment lines must begin with a comma (,)
  5. , All entries MUST terminate with a <RETURN> character
  6. , To include a person's nickname in an action use <nick>.
  7. , The software will substitute the currently selected nickname 
  8. , whenever it finds <nick> in a line. eg: Hello <nick>. Nice to see you.
